Privacy Policy
AISpectraa is operated by Apps Sensation. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, email info@aispectraa.com.
Short version: we ask for the bare minimum, we use it to give you your results and to arrange any conversation you book, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
Your first name and email address
So we can send your personalised results and, if you ask for it, your written report.
Your assessment answers
Your category and your answer to each of the eight questions, so your results and seven-day plan can be calculated.
Your communication choices
Whether you requested a copy of your results by email. Marketing subscriptions through this assessment are currently unavailable.
Your booking details
If you book a strategy session through our calendar, the details you enter there are used to arrange that session.
What we use it for
- Calculating and displaying your opportunity score, priority gap and seven-day plan.
- Delivering the results or report you asked for.
- Creating your record in our customer system so whoever speaks to you already knows where you started.
Services used to process your assessment
The website server stores assessment results, campaign source information, and a timestamped record of your choices in Supabase. HighLevel manages contact records, requested communications, and appointments. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions to help prevent automated abuse. These services process information under their own terms and privacy notices; processing may occur outside Canada.
Emailing a copy of your results is optional and is not required to view your report. Requesting it does not subscribe you to promotional emails.
Marketing emails
We are not currently accepting marketing subscriptions through this assessment. If you already receive promotional emails from AISpectraa, you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or contact info@aispectraa.com.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Just reply to any email you've received from AISpectraa, or raise it on your strategy session call — we'd rather you tell us directly than have to hunt for the right address.
